Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your gear! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Size Exchanges
- You may return or exchange unworn, unused items within 3-7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Return courier cost: customer’s responsibility.
- Size exchanges are allowed (stock permitting).
- Customised/personalised items (with name, number, flag, etc.) are non-returnable, unless defective.
Faulty or Defective Items
- Covered under the Consumer Protection Act.
- Report defects within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement or refund.
- Kick Smash Apparel covers the courier fee for approved defective returns.
How to Return
- Email us at info@kicksmash.co.za with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions + courier details.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
